MagnetoEncephaloGraphy and Low Temperature Physics Tester like MPMS,
PPMS. This technology can be applied to MRIs and NMRs which we are
now developping.
We are also developping other helium gass purifiers as for
semiconductor and optical fiber production.
We also sell Ultra-low-temperature Electric Valves (UEV).
